This a unique way to cook your average white fish. We eat a good amount of fish and you can only eat it grilled so many nights in a row.
Almond Crusted Fish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
– White fish fillet
– 2 dozen almonds
– 2 eggs
– Crush almonds. We added some spices to taste (garlic salt, salt, pepper) and it was a good addition.
– Whisk eggs in separate bowl. – Dip fish fillet in egg then the almonds.
– Place in greased 9×9 pan. Cook for approximately 30 minutes.
