Cheesy Alfredo Sauce
– 2 ounces of cream cheese
– 4 teaspoons greek yogurt
– 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
– 1/4 – 1/2 cup milk (consistency should not be too cheesy)
– 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and cook on medium heat until all the cheese melts and is well combined.
2. Add to noodles, chicken, etc. Serve warm.
This sauce recipe is also good with spaghetti squash noodles!
