Curry Popcorn

– 3 tbsp. coconut oil
– 1 tsp. minced garlic
– 1/4 tsp. curry powder
– 1/4 tsp. cumin powder
– 3 to 4 dashed hot sauce
– 1/2 tsp. salt
– 1/2 cup kernels (makes large bowl)

1. Pop kernels into large bowl.
2. In a small saucepan heat oil, garlic, curry and cumin. Cook on medium for 1 minute. Let simmer for 1 minute.
3. Add the hot sauce and mix.
4. Drizzle mixture over popcorn. Enjoy!
