Healthy Stuffed Squash
Ingredients:
– summer squash
– ground turkey
– any seasoning you would like for your ground turkey
Directions:
1. Cook your ground turkey to your liking.
2. Cut your squash in half (long ways) and hollow out. Place in pan upside down. Add a little water and cover to steam.
3. Once squash is as soft/hard as you like it take out. Fill with your turkey mixture.
