– 3 cups flour
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp baking powder
– ⅓ cup vegetable oil
– 1 cup warm water
1. Combine flour, salt and baking powder in bowl. Mix well. Add oil and water on medium until smooth.
2. Transfer dough ball onto floured surface. Divide into 16 even parts. Roll into balls and flatten with your palm. Cover all balls with clean kitchen towel and lets rest for 15 minutes.
3. Using a rolling pin (or glass) roll balls flat as thin as you can. Heat up a sauce pan on medium heat and place dough circle onto pan. cook bout 30 seconds on each side or until browning.
