We were given tickets to go see the The Festival of Art’s The Art Detective. WOW. This was fabulous!! We have never seen anything like this. The performance consists of live reenactments of famous paintings, statues, book covers, posters, etc. This art form is called tableaux vivants – “living pictures”. So cool! I would definitely recommend it.
To make it even more memorable the theater was outdoor. It had all the shazam of an indoor one except the stars above you were the only thing that gave away the outdoor location. William bought me some hot chocolate and a cookie and it was a great date night adventure!
