This one is pretty straightforward. Roast a jumbo mallow and take out the soft center. You should be left with the crispy shell. Pour your shot and enjoy.
Cheers!

Sherry reminds me of J.B. She is so classy and always orders it as a night cap. I picked up sherry for a recipe the other day and decided to try making a cocktail with it. William came up with this and its pretty good!
Ingredients:
– 4 oz. dry sherry
– 1 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
– 2 tsp. white sugar
– pinch of cinnamon
Directions:
1. Add all to shaker. Shake well. Pour over ice.
I love the way this looks! It’s just your basic screwdriver so it’s so easy to make, but the layered look makes it look fancy.
