Cinnamon Butternut Squash
– 2 cups butternut squash, cubed
– 2 tbsp. olive oil
– 2 tsp. cinnamon (to taste)
1. Heat oil in sauce pan on medium heat.
2. Combine squash and cinnamon in separate bowl. Coat thoroughly. Add to sauce pan.
3. Reduce heat to medium low and cover. Cook until soft 10-15 minutes.
Tip: If you want to make these a little sweeter add 2 tsp. granulated sugar.
