I always love baking different things with cake box mixes. It makes it so easy and who couldn’t use a little cheat every now and then:) These muffins are easy and good!

Cake Box Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients:
1 box white or yellow cake box
1-2 cups frozen blueberries
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. flour
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 3752. In a big bow stir together cake mix, baking powder, flour. Mix in milk, oil and eggs.
3. Gently stir in blueberries. Keep a handful aside to put on top of the muffins.
4. Fill greased or lined muffins tins 2/3 of the way full of mixture. Sprinkle extra berries on top.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
