This is such an easy meal it is one of our go-to lunches. Whenever we cook our whole chicken and have meat for the week we use this recipe.
Melt cheese over your chicken pieces. Put on a leaf of lettuce. Add whatever you want… onions, avocado, spicy sauce, dressing, etc.
– Use lettuce instead of bread to make it healthier (ditch the cheese to make it even more healthy…I will not be doing that:))
– Sriracha is a great addition to make it spicy
